The Austin Business Journal has hired Collin Huguley as its managing editor.
He will start his new role on March 23.
Huguley is currently a senior reporter for the Charlotte Business Journal. He covers regional economic development, commercial real estate and manufacturing. He also leads the coverage of several public companies, including Duke Energy, Albemarle, Honeywell and Nucor.
Collin joined the American City Business Journals publication in 2020, shortly after graduating in 2019 from the University of Georgia, where he was editor in chief of The Red & Black.
While in college, he interned at the Charlotte paper.
