Atlanta daily taps Hansen to cover economic development

Zachery Hansen is moving to the economic development and commercial real estate beat at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

He starts next week.

“I look forward to covering complex and expansive projects that impact people’s lives across metro Atlanta and Georgia,” he wrote on Twitter.

Hansen has been covering DeKalb County. He has been with the AJC since 2018 and has worked for the newspaper’s breaking news and features teams.

Hansen is a graduate from the University of Georgia and has previously written for The Arizona Republic and Bloomberg News.
