Articles editor Jon Eilenberg was among the layoffs last week at Wired magazine.
Eilenberg had been with the publication for more than 20 years, starting as a copy editor in June 2003. He had been articles editor for the last six and a half years.
He previously was a copy editor and copy chief for Red Herring magazine.
Eilenberg is a graduate of Rutgers University.
