Albany Business Review editor in chief Melissa Mangini has been promoted to publisher of the American City Business Journals publication.
She has been editor since 2018 and before that was managing editor.
As managing editor, Mangini was responsible for the daily operations of the Business Review’s newsroom the past three years. During her time as managing editor, the Business Review consistently won awards from the New York Press Association for reporting, design, breaking news and feature writing.
Mangini has held several editing positions in the newsroom.
She has won three prestigious international Society of News Design awards and several awards from the New York Press Association for her work as design editor.
