Paul Addison, senior editor at Bloomberg News and a founder of its training team, is leaving the company after 30 years.
His last day will be Sept. 23.
Addison is a coeditor of the latest edition of “The Bloomberg Way: A Guide for Journalists” and “The Bloomberg Guide to Business Journalism.”
He joined Bloomberg News in Tokyo in 1994 and moved to London in 2001. He was previously with the Pacific Daily News, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun (Nikkei). He was a Jefferson Fellow at the East-West Center and a Knight Fellow at Stanford University.
Addison has designed and run training courses for thousands of Bloomberg journalists over the past 24 years.
