Adams named co-host of “Make Me Smart” by Marketplace

Kimberly Adams has been appointed co-host of “Make Me Smart,” a Marketplace show, with Kai Ryssdal.

She recently served as a correspondent. Before that, she was a reporter and then senior reporter.

She has also worked freelance and was with NPR for over 3 years. She has also interned at the Associated Press Broadcast Center. She was also a reporter/video editor/assignment editor at KOMU-TV, a dual NBC/CW+-affiliated TV station in Columbia, Missouri.

Adams has a B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
