Charlotte-based American City Business Journals, which operates more than 40 business newspapers across the country, announced Monday that it will add a publication in Texas.
The Fort Worth Business Journal will launch as a daily digital publication in October to cover economic development, real estate, manufacturing and more.
A competing business news publication, the Fort Worth Business Press, has been operating in the Texas city since 1988. There’s also a business magazine in the city called Fort Worth Inc.
ACBJ has similar digital-only publications in Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles and New York.
The company operates four weekly business newspapers in Texas — the Dallas Business Journal, the Austin Business Journal, the Houston Business Journal and the San Antonio Business Journal.
