9fin has hired Teri Buhl as a senior reporter covering distressed debt.
Buhl has been a freelance journalist reporting on distressed credit deals in the cannabis space and Euro/London issued distressed loans and bonds for large corporations. Additionally, she has reported on accounting misconduct and executive board issue that lead to fraud in private and public companies.
She previously was a senior reporter for Fitch and a senior reporter for the Cannabis Law Report. And she was a contributing editor to MarketNexus Media.
Buhl holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.
