Chen Wu has joined the Storylines team as a senior product designer focused on live coverage at The New York Times.
Wu comes from NBC News, where she was a product UX designer working on internal editorial tools, websites and broadcast boards. Before that, she was a digital content producer/web designer at Advertising Age.
She has also worked as a web production and data visualization intern at ALM Media and was a sports reporting intern at Jiefang Daily Group. She was also a trade marketing intern at L’Oréal and a production intern at Shanghai Media Group.
Additionally, she was an editorial and reporting intern at F1 Express and a metro reporting intern at Jiefang Daily Group.
Wu is a B.A. in broadcast journalism from Shanghai International Studies University and a M.S. in journalism from Columbia University in the City of New York.
