Wootton joins MailOnline as a columnist

Dan Wootton is now a columnist at MailOnline. He is also a presenter at GB News.

Previously, Wootton was with News UK for more than 7 years where he held various roles, including columnist – The Sun on Sunday, head of showbiz – The Sun, associate editor for showbiz and TV – The Sun, presenter – talkRADIO and executive editor – The Sun.

He was also a showbiz presenter at Lorraine ITV and editor-at-large at Now Magazine. He was also a columnist and celebrity interviewer at Daily Mail. Before that, he was with News UK, where he served as TV reporter – News of the World, TV editor – News of the World and showbiz editor – News of the World.

He was also a contributor at GMTV and a senior reporter at Broadcast (MBI). He was also a reporter, professional adviser, at Incisive Media and a reporter, FO Week, at Global Investor Group. He has also worked as a columnist at The Dominion Post, Fairfax Media.

He was also a reporter at Tearaway Magazine and a youth focus reporter, The Evening Post at Fairfax Media.

Wootton holds a bachelor’s degree in media studies and political science from Victoria University of Wellington.
