Woo joins LA Times as West Coast experiences editor

Michelle Woo has joined the Los Angeles Times as a West Coast experiences editor. She comes from Medium, where she was editor-in-chief of Forge, Medium’s publication for personal development.

Before that, she was parenting editor at Lifehacker. Gizmodo Media Group. She was also a writer/story producer at Reddit, Inc. and has also worked freelance. She has also reported for The Arizona Republic.

She has also interned at The Desert Sun.

Woo is a UC Irvine graduate.
