WNBC hires Jose as general assignment reporter

Chris Jose

Chris Jose will be joining WNBC-TV, a flagship NBC TV station in New York, as a general assignment reporter. He begins April 11.

Recently, he has been working in Atlanta at WSB-TV, Cox Media Group. Before that, he was a news reporter at NBCUniversal. He also held the same post at Tribune Media. He was also a news reporter/sports anchor at Sinclair Broadcast Group.

He has also served as a weekend anchor/reporter at CBS News Channel 5-KGWN.

Jose has a B.A. and M.A. from Washington State University.
