Welch becomes North of England reporter at ITV News

Amy Welch

Amy Welch has taken on the role of North of England reporter for national at ITV News after returning from maternity leave.

Previously, Welch was a correspondent for ITV Granada Reports. She has worked at ITV News for 15 years. During this time she has held the posts of newsroom journalism for ITV Granada Reports, reporter for ITV Central and Lancashire reporter.

Welch has a B.A. from the University of Birmingham and a postgraduate degree in journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
