Washington Post to host “Confronting America’s Digital Divide”

The Washington Post Live will be hosting “Confronting America’s Digital Divide,” presented by Comcast.

The event will feature educators and key government leaders focused on distance learning during the pandemic, the disproportionate impact of the digital divide on communities of color, and the policy solutions being proposed to answer the problem.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Speakers will also discuss the obstacles to broadband adoption for low-income families, and how local leaders are working to address this divide.
