Washington Post hires Wildberger as multiplatform editor, news service

The following excerpt announcement was sent out by The Washington Post’s multiplatform editing chief Courtney Rukan, multiplatform editorial manager Effie Dawson and deputy multiplatform editing chief Brian Cleveland:

We are delighted to announce that Sara Wildberger is joining The Post as a multiplatform editor in the News Service. Sara comes to The Post from Argentum, where she was editor of Senior Living Executive magazine and other publications.

She has been an editor at several communications firms since moving to Washington after earlier work at newspapers. She was an editor on the business desk at the Miami Herald and a features editor and columnist at the Florida Times-Union. She also worked at the Journal and Gazette newspapers in Maryland.

Sara graduated from the University of Maryland, where she was an editor and writer for the Diamondback.
