We are excited to announce that Laura Padilla Castellanos has joined the Design Department as a news designer.
Laura will work on our curation team, creating visual presentations for our app, as well as social and newsroom projects. She is a recent graduate of Yale University with a degree in art and a concentration in graphic design. Laura was a graphic designer for the Yale Review, designing and illustrating story presentations in print, online and across social accounts.
Laura, who is originally from Guatemala, enjoys swimming, thrifting and exploring new places to eat.
Please join us in welcoming Laura, whose first day was Monday.
