Marika Washchyshyn-Owens, a producer for “Top 3 Tonight with Merella Fernandez,” has taken on the role of coordinating producer of the Control Room for CTV Your Morning.
Previously, Washchyshyn-Owens held the posts of chase producer, associate producer and news producer at CTV News.
She also served as associate producer for “SI Wire,” multimedia journalist, producer and senior multimedia producer for Golf.com at Sports Illustrated.
Washchyshyn-Owens has a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University in Canada and a master’s degree from Columbia University – Graduate School of Journalism.
