Lateshia D. Beachum has joined The Washington Post’s metro desk to cover Prince George’s County government and politics. Recently, Beachum was a reporter on the general assignment desk.
Previously, Beachum worked at The Center for Public Integrity, where she joined as a fellow and then served as a political reporter. She interned at The Washington Post and Forbes, and contributed to Syracuse Media Group.
Beachum has a B.A. from Columbia College in Chicago and an M.A. from Syracuse University.
