The Washington Post has tapped Maegan Vazquez to serve as a politics breaking news reporter. Recently, she was a White House reporter at CNN, where she worked for more than five years.
Vazquez joined as a digital reporter. She held the posts of fellow, political reporter, deputy news editor and White House reporter at the Independent Journal Review.
She interned at MSNBC, CNN, Fox News and the U.S. House of Representatives.
Vazquez graduated from New York University.
