WaPo hires Sands as breaking news reporter and editor

Leo Sands

Leo Sands has joined The Washington Post as a breaking news reporter and editor, based in London. Recently, Sands served on the BBC News website the world desk. Before that, he was part of the TV team.

Sands interned at Demos and Human Rights Watch. He graduated from the University of Cambridge.
