Wainwright joins local CBS station as reporter

Alexis Wainwright

Alexis Wainwright has joined KTVT | CBS DFW, a CBS TV station in Fort Worth, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, as a reporter.

She comes from KARK 4 in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she was a reporter/anchor. She has also interned at WJLA-TV in Washington D.C. Metro Area and Fox News Channel, and was an editorial assistant at Greensboro News & Record.

She has also reported and edited for The A&T Register in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area.

Wainwright has a B.S. in journalism and mass communication from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University.
