USA Today has hired Dylan Wells as a congressional/politics reporter in the Washington bureau. She comes from the National Journal, where she was until recently a national political correspondent.
Before that, she was an Atlantic Media – Hotline editorial fellow and then served as a staff correspondent at the Journal. She has also worked at CNN and was a freelance researcher.
Additionally, she has interned at WBBM | CBS Chicago, CBS News, and Politico. She was also a political unit fellow at ABC News.
Wells earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Chicago.
