USA Today taps Stanton as a reporter on the national desk

Cady Stanton is now a breaking and trending news reporter on the national desk at USA Today.

Before that, she was a digital editor fellow, working with network newsrooms to edit and nationalize non-subscriber and pay-walled stories for the website.

She was also an intern at The Washington Monthly, where she focused on politics and policy. She has also written and edited for The Hoya, Georgetown University’s student paper of record since 1920.

Additionally, she was an editorial intern at The Hill.

Stanton has a B.A. from Georgetown University.
