Sarah Nelson, a community reporter for the Independent Mail and the South Carolina-based Greenville News at USA Today will leave next week. Nelson’s tweet reads:
“I have loved telling stories that resonate in the Upstate community and am grateful for amazing editors and colleagues who’ve pushed me to be a better communicator. My husband and I have owned a photography business since we graduated and I’m so excited to document full-time for the @thenelsonsphoto.
“Happy I’ll still be telling stories + will always hold each person dearly who’s ever trusted me with their story.”
Nelson interned at the Greenville News and graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville.
