Toronto Star hires Mak as team editor

Ivy Mak

Ivy Mak has joined Toronto Star as a team editor. Previously, she was an assignment editor at CTV News.

She has also worked as an editorial assistant/tape producer at CTV National News, and as a chase producer and presentation producer at CTV News. She was also a research/production assistant at Discovery Channel and has worked as a business producer at BNN Bloomberg.

Mak holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Ryerson University
