The Telegraph appoints Barton breaking news reporter

Alex Barton

Alex Barton, has taken on the role of breaking news reporter at The Telegraph, moving up from his current role of news reporter.

Previously, Barton was a news reporter at News UK and worked as a food and drink reporter at The Grocer. He also served as an associate media planner at The Wall Street Journal and as a trainee journalist at News Associates.

He interned at Dow Jones.

Barton has a B.A. in political science and government from the University of Leeds.
