Helen Philpot has joined The Sun as managing editor from Salesforce, where she held various posts for more than four years.
Most recently, Philpot served as regional VP, media industry. Previously, she worked at News UK for more than six years as head of video news of the world, head of editorial development, head of business change and director business change.
She was also a consultant at Press Association and was a senior broadcast journalist at the BBC.
Philpot has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from the University of Huddersfield in the U.K.
