The Oklahoman taps Davis to serve as high school sports reporter

Jordan Davis

Jordan Davis, a sports writing intern at Gannett-owned Clarion-Ledger in Jackson, Miss., has taken on the role of high school sports reporter at another Gannett title, The Oklahoman.

Davis will begin on Aug. 28.

Previously, he was a fellow at NBCU Academy and held the post of sports editor at The A&T Register, the student newspaper of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Davis has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
