Richard Newby has joined The Messenger as a features staff writer. He also contributed to The Hollywood Reporter.
Newby’s work has appeared in The New York Times, Fangoria, Empire, SYFY Wire, The Daily Beast, Inverse, Fatherly, and Vulture. Previously, he served as the executive editor of film site Audiences Everywhere.
Newby has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a master’s degree from Adelphi University in New York.
