The Messenger hires Himmelman as misinformation reporter

Khaya Himmelman

Khaya Himmelman has joined The Messenger as a misinformation reporter. Recently, she worked as a reporter at Grid.

Before that, Himmelman was a reporter at The Dispatch and worked as a senior editor at New York-based Props, a storytelling-as-a-service platform, as per its LinkedIn.

She interned at Rolling Stone and Santa Monica Mirror, a weekly newspaper in California.

Himmelman has a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and a master’s degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
