The Messenger appoints Margaret head of entertainment

Mary Margaret

Mary Margaret has joined The Messenger as head of entertainment. Previously, she served as VP and GM, editor in chief of Entertainment Weekly.

Previously, Margaret was a core member of Meredith Corporation’s environmental, social and governance council (ESG). She also worked as HubSpot and served as head of product content strategy for video and gaming at Facebook.

An editorial director at Roku, Margaret has also worked at Time Inc., as a senior editor at People Magazine and as executive editor of RadarOnline.com.

She interned at Newsweek.

Margaret graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y.
