The Independent taps White as race correspondent

Nadine White

Nadine White has joined The Independent as a race correspondent. Most recently, she was a news reporter at HuffPost.

White has also worked as a weekend editor (contract) and then as a reporter/journalist at The Voice Newspaper. She has also served as a business support and internal communications officer at Local Government.

White has also contributed to The National Student (U.K.), Makin’ Style Magazine (Guyana), The Culture Trip (U.K.), to name a few.

She was also a senior music editor at Reggae Vibe Magazine and a social media editor at ARISE Entertainment. She was also a food editor at Ethnic Restaurant Magazine and has worked as a journalist at Fire Media U.K.

White has also served as an entertainment reporter and then as chief editor (contract) at Vision Newspaper U.K. and Canada. She was also a senior communications officer at Cottons Restaurant, Islington.

She was also a producer at Global Radio and has held the posts of production assistant and station manager at PMG.

White is a graduate of University College London.
