The Independent has appointed Eva Waite-Taylor to the post of deputy ecommerce editor. Recently, Waite-Taylor was a senior ecommerce writer.
Waite-Taylor has been with The Independent for more than three years. She joined as an editorial assistant and then took up a writer post. She pitched daily content for the website on fashion, beauty, books, fitness, home interiors and sustainability.
She interned at the BBC.
Waite-Taylor graduated from the University of Manchester.
