James Gray, a senior sports journalist at The i Paper, has been appointed sports news correspondent. In his new role, he will cover exclusives across tennis, rugby, soccer, Formula 1 racing and boxing.
Gray joined in 2020 as a sports journalist.
He served as host and co-producer of Tennis Unfiltered, Britain’s tennis podcast. He freelanced and was a sports journalist at Express Newspapers. He also worked at Press Association.
Gray has a bachelor’s degree from Winchester College and a M.A. from the University of St. Andrews.
