The Guardian taps Horton as environment reporter

The Guardian has hired Helena Horton as an environment reporter. She was previously working freelance at the title.

Horton has also been with The Telegraph for over 6 years, previously covering environment.

Horton is known as the go-to source for all the latest news on animal welfare and the environment, and has broken dozens of front page stories, and her campaigning journalism has changed laws.
