Paul Karp, a political reporter at The Guardian Australia, has been appointed chief political correspondent.
Karp joined The Guardian in February 2016. Before that, he worked at Thomson Reuters, where he was editor of Workforce NSW and then held the post of chief journalist for Workforce.
