Francesca Block will join The Free Press, Bari Weiss’ new online journalism website, as a reporter in August. Recently, she was a breaking news reporter at the Des Moines Register, where she covered crime, weather, entertainment, city government and politics.
Block contributed to and worked as a digital and social media editor at TOTI Media Magazines in Florida, a media company which owns five regional magazines and other specialized magazines.
Block graduated from Princeton University.
