Tennessee-based TV station appoints Fakile DC reporter

Tosin Fakile

WSMV-TV Ch. 4, an NBC affiliate in Nashville, Tenn. has promoted Tosin Fakile to D.C. reporter. She joined the TV station in March 2020 as a reporter and fill in anchor.

Previously, Fakile was a reporter at WGAL-TV Ch. 8, an NBC affiliate in Lancaster, Pa. She worked as a freelance web reporter and White House reporter at the now defunct Montgomery County Sentinel.

She was also a production assistant at WJLA-TV Ch. 7, an ABC-affiliate in Washington, D.C.

Fakile has a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a M.S. from Quinnipiac University.
