Telemundo Utah appoints Andrade news director

Pedro Andrade

Pedro Andrade has been upped to news director at KULX Telemundo Utah.

The promotion is effective immediately.

In this new expanded role, he’ll oversee the station’s news operations.

Andrade has been assistant news director at the station since August 2022. He joined KULX as a producer in 2020.

Before that, he worked as a producer at KSTS Telemundo 48 in the Bay Area.

An Emmy award-winning journalist, he began his career in local radio in his native Venezuela.
