Tampa TV station hires Royer as weekend evening anchor/reporter

Jack Royer

Jack Royer has been tapped as a weekend evening anchor/reporter at WFLA, the NBC-affiliated TV station in Tampa, Florida.

He comes from CBS 42, where he has worked as a reporter/fill-in-anchor, evening news anchor and recently, as a morning news anchor. He was also a freelance news anchor/fill-in-host at Townsquare Media in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

He was also an anchor/reporter at WVUA 23 in Alabama.

Royer is a University of Alabama graduate.
