The Tampa Bay Times has promoted Carolyn Fox to the post of managing editor. Recently, Fox served as senior deputy editor.
Before that, she has held the posts of deputy editor for digital and partnerships and senior deputy editor for engagement, sports and culture. She has also served as senior director of content and managing editor at the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
She has also worked at National geographic and USA Today.
Fox graduated from Emerson College.
