Max Chesnes will join the Tampa Bay Times to cover the environment. Currently, Chesnes is an environment reporter at TCPalm, the digital news site for Treasure Coast Newspapers.
Previously, he was a health reporter at TCPalm. He freelanced for The Gainesville Sun and was an environment reporter at WUFT News.
Chesnes has a B.S. in journalism and sustainability studies from the University of Florida.
