Tampa Bay Times appoints Ross editor of state government and politics team

Allison Ross

The Tampa Bay Times has promoted Allison Ross as editor of state government and politics team. She was previously a state accountability reporter.

She was also an investigative reporter and education reporter at the Louisville Courier-Journal. She has also reported for Bankrate and The Palm Beach Post. She was also an assistant city editor at the Columbia Missourian and a reporter at the Portland Press Herald.

Ross graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in journalism and sociology.
