Kaila Philo, a government and political institutions reporter at Grid, will leave to join Talking Points Memo as an investigative reporter in its D.C. bureau.
She begins her new role in August.
Previously, she was a research assistant at Media Matters for America and an editorial fellow at The Atlantic.
