Shira Moolten has joined the South Florida Sun Sentinel as a breaking news reporter. Recently, Moolten was an intern at the paper.
She freelanced for two local Northern California papers; The Union and The Sierra Sun. She interned at the World Resources Institute and The Hill.
Moolten has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
