Subject Matter taps Bergin to serve as senior VP for client leadership

Subject Matter, a creative advocacy agency, has hired Maggie Bergin to serve as senior VP for client leadership.

There, she will lead the account team, manage client relationships and develop new business.

Previously, Bergin was director, account leadership, for more than 6 years at RP3 Agency, where she led integrated communications to deliver on client business and communication goals, while retaining and growing customers.

She has also worked as a group account director at Sensis, where she developed the first national public health education campaign to prevent tobacco usage, among performing other tasks. She was also director, brand development, at National 4-H Council.

Bergin has also served as SVP group account director at Arnold Worldwide and as a strategic planning director at Grafica Group. She was also SVP group account director at McCann Erickson and a group account director at Cliff Freeman and Partners.

She has also worked as an account supervisor for DDB Needham New York and Washington, D.C.

Bergin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and affairs from the George Washington University.
