“I wanted to share that my time at PhillyVoice and in the city is coming to an end towards the end of November. Thankful for all the editors and colleagues I’ve met and worked with at various publications in my four years here. Virginia, I’m coming home!”
Previously, Saunders worked as a general assignment reporter at The Philadelphia Tribune and as an editor at Philadelphia Neighborhoods, a digital publication at Temple University’s Multimedia Urban Reporting Lab.
He also worked as an editorial assistant at The Virginian-Pilot and as an editorial staff writer at FanSided.
Saunders has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Old Dominion University in Virginia and a master’s degree in journalism from Temple University.
