Nova Blanco-Rico has joined Southern California News Group as a reporter. Previously, he was an editorial assistant at City News Service in Los Angeles.
Since October 2022, Blanco-Rico has freelanced; he interned at EdSource and Los Angeles Magazine.
Blanco-Rico has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
