South Carolina TV station hires Dillard as news director

Will Dillard

Will Dillard has joined WYFF-TV Ch. 4, an NBC affiliate in Greenville, S.C., as a news director.

Recently, Dillard held the same post at Hearst Television, which he joined in May 2012 as an assignment manager and then served as assistant news director.

Previously, he was a producer at WPBF-TV Ch. 25, an ABC affiliate in Florida. He also wrote for Fox station WSVN-TV Ch. 7 in Miami.

Dillard has a B.S. from Western Carolina University and a M.A. from the University of Miami.
