Snyder departs CNN for Roll Call

Alec Snyder

Alec Snyder, a news assistant at CNN New York, will be leaving to join Roll Call as a committee reporter.

He starts later this month.

Snyder previously served as a growth and development reporter at The Island Packet and The Beaufort Gazette, McClatchy. He has also worked as a business staff writer and as a politics staff writer at MediaFile.

Additionally, he has interned at CBS News and WJLA-TV.

Snyder holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from George Washington University.
